The Greater Lansing Regional Committee for Stormwater Management (GLRC) is a guiding body comprised of participating Phase II Stormwater communities within the Greater Lansing Region. The committee has been established to guide the implementation of the entire Phase II Stormwater Program for the communities within three identified watersheds: the Grand River, the Red Cedar River and the Looking Glass River watersheds. In addition, the GLRC has partnered with many stakeholders throughout the planning area, including Drain Commissioners, Road Commissions, School Districts, and major industries. The GLRC also welcomes public participation and involvement, and will host a series of public meetings aimed at educating and motivating interested individuals to assist in the Phase II planning and implementation process.
