Forestry Consultation Workshop
May 14, 2024, 6:00 p.m.

St. Johns Park, St. Johns, MI 48879

For the third year, the Clinton CD is offering opportunity for a FREE 2-hour consolation with a certified forester to the Clinton County residents who are not actively managing 5+ acres of timber.  At the workshop you will hear from the foresters about why managing your forest is important, what they do, and take a short walk through the woods to learn some tree species. You will also hear from a landowner that has been managing their woods for 20+ years and how it has benefited them. After the workshop you can then sign up for a free 2-hour consultation. It is a first-come first-serve event, so those that attend the workshop will have priority to the consultations. We will open it up to others after the workshop.
